20 percent

It's a "little" project I'am working on, as the title suggests it's about 20% finished. It's a Spartan costume from Halo 3. It's made out of 1mm cardboard, when the whole cardboard base is finished I'll fill the empty spaces up with PU-foam for extra strength. After that I'll finish the thing with bondo and paint it. As you can see the helmet and breastplate are done and I have started with the upper arms.
I'am very happy with the result, It's pretty accurate and it fits me perfect.
